Name
The organisation shall be called ACE Teachers Network (African Caribbean Educators).
Purpose
The purpose of the network is to support, connect, and empower African and Caribbean educators working within the education sector in the UK.
Objectives
- Support professional development of African and Caribbean educators
- Promote diversity and inclusion within schools and educational institutions
- Provide mentoring for early career teachers
- Encourage leadership opportunities for African and Caribbean educators
- Support students of African and Caribbean heritage
- Create networking opportunities among educators
Membership
Membership shall be open to teachers, teaching assistants, school leaders, education professionals, and trainee teachers who support the aims of the network.
Meetings & Amendments
The network will hold regular meetings, professional development workshops, and networking events. The constitution may be amended with the agreement of the leadership committee and members.

ACE Teachers Network seeks £25,000 in funding to establish a structured professional development and mentorship programme supporting African and Caribbean educators across the UK.
